As a Finance Assistant at Kazamer Tax Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance team’s day-to-day operations. You will work closely with experienced financial professionals and contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our firm. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording and verifying financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and databases with precision and attention to detail. Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Expense Management: Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support in processing vendor invoices, preparing customer invoices, and tracking payments. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries for review by senior financial professionals. Assist in Audits: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information. General Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to finance, such as filing, organizing documents, and assisting in document retrieval. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
