KEY RESPONSIBILITES Monthly reveiw of tril balance, MIS preparation Ensuring compliance of Internal Financial Controls Inventory Reconciliation, Salary Reconciliation, Revenue reconcilation, expensses accurals etc.. Annual budgeting and forecast activities Knowledge of IFRS and IND AS Maintenance of fixed asset register Accounts payable , Accounts receivable, ageing reconciliation. Adequate knowledge in financials preparation, cash flows and variance analysis for both Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum one to two Years in account and finance field Qualifications PREFERED EDUCATION QUALIFICATION – Qualified Charterted Accoutant with 1 to 2 years experence. KEY SKILLS /TOOLS OF EXPERIENCE – Fluency in working on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT, Accouting software (ERP, SAP etc.) Document writing Any Project management Tool. Understanding and previous work experience on Agile development methodology. Analytical thinking and problem solving skill. SOFT SKILLS AND QUALITIES Fluency in English Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of End Users. Should possess good understanding and anticipation of user’s needs and aspirations, owning their issues through to resolution. Desire to learn, improve, and progress personally and within the context of a team. Ability to work under pressure and ability to work outside known technological environment Excellent team player besides able to work on their own Should be able to meet tight deadlines and be thorough and precise in their work and be able to multi-task |
