About the job Finance & Admin Assistant
Our client is an industrial flooring company that provides designing & constructing of floor slabs.
They are looking to hire a Finance and Admin Assistant who can join immediately.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
At least 2 years of experience working as a financial admin assistant in the UAE from a Construction industry.
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedure.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors

Responsibilities:
General administration tasks such as finance, inputting of expenses, typing of invoices, filing and checking data.
Maintaining record of all financial transactions
Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team
Cover for other admin staff as required.
