Your Responsibilities Demonstrates leadership and commitment to HSEQ. Actively encourages and leads the HZI and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSEQ requirements Ensures that all relevant HSEQ requirements are incorporated into area of responsibility and that, in consultation with site management and HSE team, HSE hazards are eliminated or mitigated to the extent practicable Ensures that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS Is responsible for the safety and HSE performance of all personnel under their control, and for stopping work where this might be compromised Implements standardized methods in order to identify complex problems Supports pro-actively the project team to achieve objectives Ensures works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract, and conform with project time and budget requirements Co-operates with erection contractors and exchanges experience with colleagues responsible for products and other project teams and specialist departments Co-ordinates consortium partners, sub-contractors etc. Progresses change requests (technical, time and costs) Prepares and follows-up deviations and claims Plans and implements of the installation testing procedures Delivers Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects Follows up and ensures closing of the contractor’s punch items Keeps the Site Manager informed of all site related activities Site Supervisor Electrical keeps the Site Head Electrical informed of all site related activities Is aware of the HSE requirements relevant to their role, and implements and complies with them Qualifications Job specific qualification Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree Experienced as supervisor in construction of large industrial plant Experienced in the co-ordination of contracts / contractors on site Experienced as a leader of HSEQ and has knowledge of relevant HSEQ legal and management system requirements Knowledge of relevant international and national technical standards Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications Experience with Steam Turbine, Over Head Crane, Stack Competence in working methods Solution orientated Good forward planner Good communicator Excellent motivational and leadership skills Ability to present ideas effectively Able to evaluate ideas of others Negotiation skills Good command of English, other languages an advantage We Offer Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions |
