| Position: Field Coach Trainer Middle East Reports to: Training Manager A Field Coach Trainer delivers a variety of trainings. They develop resources and coursework material and reports to the Training Manager for the Middle East region. The Field Coach Trainer spend most of time on the boutique floor, they train and coach the sales team (collectively and individually) ,track best and worst sales performance based on KPI’s set by the company on a regular basis. They will customise training according to Dior guidelines and to ensure they comply with the regions Area Managers and Boutique Managers development plans for the employees. Training Develop, evaluate, design, and implement training and staff development programs Deliver training to employees Acquire multimedia aids and educational materials Provide support to Learners in order to assist them in achieving their qualification Follow up on training needs based on performance appraisals Develop a framework for testing and evaluation of training program Financials Participate in forecasting yearly training needs and budget Optimise the use of training budget Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relative field Experience required: Experience in a customer service field, preferably Retail. Fundamental knowledge and skills in Training and Development activities Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external customers, displaying commitment to meeting and exceeding their expectations Ability to use computer software and applications Ability to communicate and deliver thoughts and ideas effectively, using a variety of tools and mediums Languages: Professional use of English and Arabic is required, French is a plus |
