|An Executive Secretary / F&B Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the executive office to deliver an excellent staff experience while providing secretarial support and carrying out confidential and vital tasks for the hotel General Manager. She would also assist with Coordination of Food and Drink department in terms of Administration and Reporting.|
What will I be doing?
As an Executive Secretary / F&B Coordinator you will be required to provide secretarial support to the hotel General Manager. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Carry out daily administrative activities of the Executive office while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures
Provide secretarial support to the Hotel General Manager and her team.
Ensure all communications, particularly relating to owners, guests and the Corporate office are handled promptly and professionally
Provide minutes to Executive Team Meetings and compile management reports in a timely and accurate manner with necessary followups to ensure timely achievement of objectives
Identify and build internal and external relationships
Assist with special projects related to the Executive Office
Help with tasks and duties in administration of the Food and Drinks department.
Collaborate with Heads of Department in tasks assigned to them to ensure timely reporting to the hotel General Manager
Assist the Hotel General Manager of the hotel
Assist the Hotel Food and drinks team in Execution of Departmental tasks and followups
Assist the Hotel General Manager in ensuring reports to Key Sake holders are kept uptodate
Assist the hotel General Manager in execution of hotel Strategy and achievement of hotel objectives
