| Key Responsibilities: Communication Maintains Retail calendar on an ongoing basis. Ensures ongoing updation and implementation of Retail SOPs. Works with CM to develop agenda for Quarterly manager meetings. Review all retail communications to ensure the message conforms to Company guidelines and supports retail priorities and objectives. Ensures the weekly bulletin is standardized, holds clear, concise information and is circulated at the appropriate times and to relevant parties. Ensures that communication deadlines from stores and territory office are monitored and met. Ensures that all store Monthly Performance Review reports are submitted in a timely manner, key concerns raised and addressed and archived both electronically and in hard copy format. Ensures all Promotional Post-Mortems and Post Seasonal Analysis reports are collated and distributed to relevant department heads. Liaises with external parties with regards to business needs e.g. mystery shopping, uniform suppliers etc. Weekly Trade Report & Weekly Comp Report Project Coordination Extraction & Analysis of Wooquer reports- VM Reports, Ops Visit Report, SM Checklist Training Summery of all online modules per staff per store Manages projects designed to communicate key retail strategies and initiatives to retail area and store teams in order to assist and improve execution at store level. Ensures successful roll-out of new projects and supports the stores to ensure compliance to correct processes. Works with LMG/ RDC/ MDC/ Concept support teams to provide feedback, solutions and action points for new processes to be correctly implemented across the territory. Coordinates with respective Departments to ensure availability of resources for smooth implementation of projects across territory Supports the stores during the launch of new projects while ensuring the readiness of the stores and necessary training support. Ensures effective communication across territory with updated guidelines and operational changes. Workload Planning Drive & produce reports on the regions working initiatives Store Visit SOP. Coordinates all annual events and other promotional events as per trading calendar along with the co-ordination of non-commercial events such as Inventory. Responsible for preparation before the promotions and ensure availability of required materials such as launch pack, artwork, VM guidelines etc. Monitors flow of work to stores to ensure stores are able to operate at optimum levels in the interest of customer service levels. Stakeholder Management Establishes healthy relationships with all Department heads and their respective teams and clearly communicates store priorities and workload. Maintains a sound relationship with all field teams and communicates in a consistent manner with them. Works closely with other departments to ensure accuracy and clarity of information that is required to be sent to stores, along with monitoring deadlines agreed upon by other departments. |
