What you’ll be doing
The Emiratisation Talent Acquisition Executive is a vital role within our organization, responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts of UAE Nationals (Emiratis) by identifying top talent, retaining, and developing Emirati employees. This role plays a crucial part in aligning our workforce with nationalization initiatives and promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
What you’ll need to succeed
Talent Sourcing: This entails collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend Emirati workforce needs, employing diverse channels (e.g., job portals, social media, career fairs, professional networks) to identify top Emirati talent, and maintaining a talent pipeline for present and future job openings.
Emiratisation Initiatives: This involves staying informed about nationalization policies, ensuring compliance, and crafting strategies to attract, hire, and retain Emirati talent.
Candidate Screening and Assessment: Responsibilities include conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, as well as coordinating assessment centers and other evaluation methods.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate journey by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and aiding candidates in understanding and embracing the company’s culture and values.
Talent Development: Collaborating with HR and L&D teams to devise development plans for Emirati employees, tracking their progress, and offering necessary support for their professional growth.
Diversity and Inclusion: Focusing on creating an inclusive workplace for Emirati employees and designing strategies to promote diversity within the organization.
