Job Description:
What you’ll be doing  
Forecast Modelization:
Modelization of Forecast based on Historical data (Sell-in, Sell-out, Markets trends, Markets Shares etc…) and statistical models considering Launches – disconnection of launches, Adjustment vs strategy/cannibalization, trend, EOL, event, Budget…
Apply planning and forecasting techniques regarding demand and capacity and interpret and communicate results to relevant team members
Investigate and evaluate the impact of relevant constraints and factors that could impact the demand plan
Build Sales Assumption with Sales & Marketing to ensure the right level of Forecast for our New Launches, Events and Sales Animations
Ensure that Supply Planning KPIs align with multiple stakeholders’ objectives for inventory optimization
Monthly Cycle:
Run the S&OP cycle and animate the S&OP Meeting
Insure the right Valorization of the Forecast: Prices by SKU by Areas
Monitor and explain the gap between the Forecast valorization and the Budget
Monitor and explain the Forecast Consumption
Support the Loading of Sell-Out Datas in our System to use them as a strong pilar in our forecast Assumption & the global understanding of the Middle East business
Establish data visualization (Power BI) and reports to monitor all our KPI and improve our performance
Identify constraints and options on product availability and alert the business to impending issues
Collaborate with Supply Planner to reach our target in terms of Stock targets: Depreciation, Scrap, Coverage
Provide input on the optimum stock model to support agreed Demand and business plans
Collaborate with multi-functional teams: Commercials, Finance, Marketing, Training & Merchandising to achieve our common targets

Continuous improvement:
Lead business process or initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and effectiveness of Supply Chain related activities
Seek new approaches to generate greater forecast accuracy and improved directly the Service Level
Seek opportunities to deploy improved tools and techniques to enable achievement of plans and business decisions 

What you’ll need to succeed  
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in English; French and Arabic is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in DAX (PBI) and VBA
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Curious, Creative, Flexible and Agile
