The Candidate As document controller intern,you will join a committed finance team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ financial experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich. We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential. You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals. Key Responsibilities Maintain corporate documents & projects documents Maintain database of the owners of the properties in a detailed format Follow up with the unit owners for documentation control Ensuring documentation & filing as per the SOA set by management Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents Producing document progress reports for senior managers Conducting regular reviews and document audits Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion Requirements What We’re Looking For Positive outlook and outgoing personality with a welcoming and enthusiastic energy A hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude Working experience of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook (Microsoft Office) A ‘can-do’ approach with an ability to drive marketing campaigns using minimal guidance and ones’ own initiative Fluent in both verbal and written English, fluent in additional languages is a plus Benefits Rewards At Work!
