Department Description:
Customer experience unit represents critical and strategic function within the organization that is responsible to boost customers experience by handling and managing customer complaints and also is responsible for driving CX initiatives aligned to business goals with various touchpoints such as Branches Priority Centres etc

Brief Description:
To Support the Head of Customer Experience and the team in day to day administrative functions

Interactions with associates at junior levels and simple problem resolutions
Data handling and filing
Requisitioning for office stationary and other items
Maintaining calendar and organizing meetings with Unit Department heads
Arranging files presentations for management meetings in a timely manner
Maintaining regular follow up on action items
Submission of invoices for payments

Additional Details:
High School Graduation preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Good communication and written skills
Knowledge of Arabic preferred
Good knowledge of MS OfficeWord Excel and Powerpoint
