Job Description:
Main purpose of the role:
To recruit, manage, develop, and expand customer base while increasing SKU per operator (Horeca and local accounts).
Coordinates activities with all essential functions (internal/external) stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Owns and manages HORECA Customers to achieve sales targets and other KPIs.
Builds relationships with customers to become their trusted advisor.
Provides customers with complete culinary solutions based on their needs, macro environment, and the UFS product portfolio.
Provides win-win solutions for customers and UFS.
Helps customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment.
Adds new product listings to customers.
Promotes ways to increase consumption of different SKU’s.
Takes calculated risks to retain customers, and in negotiating contracts.
Generates flexible solutions to problems & opportunities.
Makes financial profitability-based decisions.
Executes marketing derived initiatives across the year.

Relevant Skills and Experience needed:
2+ years’ experience in outdoor Food & Beverages sales.
2+ years’ experience working in the UAE market.
Background in Hospitality management/ food technology/ nutrition/ hot & cold beverages.
Fluent in English, Arabic is advantage.
Excellent command in Microsoft applications.
Selling and analytic skills.
Passion for growth.
Interpersonal sensitivity.
Team player.
