We are looking to hire a Data Entry Operator/Accounts clerk to assist the
Finance team with updating and maintaining the accuracy of records in the
accounting system.

Job Responsibilities
Navigate the CRM to source correct documents and enter cash receipt data on excel.
Follow up with team members to procure receipts enabling the data entry process.
Validate cash receipts with the supporting documents and information in accounting system.
Post entries in the accounting system using the automated models.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
Document all workings and ensure integrity, quality and completeness of data and workings.
Other Ad-hoc tasks to support the team.

Functional/Technical Skills
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
Experience with MS Office (specially Excel), Google Drive and its suite of products.
Strong attention to detail.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
Quick Learner
Exceptional time management skills

Educational Requirements
College Graduate from any discipline (Commerce graduates preferred)
Preference to candidates with knowledge of basic accounting (experience or certifications)
Certification in computer training (preferred)
