Enter and update information into relevant databases.
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information.
Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from employees, other departments and clients.
Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
High school Diploma.
Three years of relevant data entry experience.
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
Computer literate – typing speed of at least 40wpm.
Good communication skill.
