Job Description:
Key aspects of the role include:
Providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
Managing the Order to Cash process
Analysing monthly backlog
Working with other departments (Sales, QRC and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of order to cash activities
Responding to internal and external customers enquiries
Supporting the team in resolving customer issues
Following the company SOPs and making sure that local and global polices are followed
Bridge between freight forwarders, factories, and customers
Coordinating with freight forwarders
Escalate the issues to Supervisor
Maintaining filing systems and updating all internal files in a timely manner
Complying with regulatory authorities
Handling and resolving queries from Customers, Sales, Finance and QRC Team

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training
Experience in customer service (Order to Cash) and logistics
Strong knowledge on SAP, Incoterms, Letter of Credit, MS Office
Experience working with Multinational companies
Good numerical and communication skills
Must be able to write professional business emails and letters
Good computer skills and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good leadership and management skills
