The role will be based in Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain managing Supers channel which consist of branches from Nesto, Safeer, Ansar and Safari Hyper Market accounts. The CDE will be responsible for delivering world class in store execution of MARS brands in their stores, delivering perfect store compliance across key locations, shelf, check out and off-shelf display which results to delivering their sales target through distribution, achieve their NQC target by selling the right SKU’s and manage healthy customer’s financials whilst building a strong and mutual relationship with his/her internal and external customers. What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations What will be your key responsibilities? The CDE will be responsible for the following areas, and will work across all MARS categories (Chocolate, Pet, Food, Ice Cream, Cakes, Biscuits and Be Kind):Distribution of Mars portfolio across stores as per the guidelines Execution of contracted displays in the store as per the Perfect Store requirements Execution of activation plans provided, and ensuring perfect compliance with the plans Enabling the delivery of the sales targets associated to the plans Delivering freshness (expiries) targets Payments collections and reconciliations with finance Visiting their assigned stores and delivering the following tasks:Taking manual orders Checking stock levels and managing OOS’s Following up on payment collections Activating bar codes at a store level Following up on deliveries Owning the relationship between MARS and key personnel in store Ensuring implementation of planograms Managing the planning, delivery and execution of events & stock management Managing the follow up and execution of LPO’s with the customer services team Supporting their field sales manager with ad hoc work as required (the level of work in each area will vary by store, and line manager will provide clarity on going on what is required on this area) Identifying further opportunities in store on top of the store aligned business plans, and working with their field sales manager to deliver these to drive incremental results. And creating a feedback/reporting loop with the Field Sales Manager to ensure proper communication cycle What can you expect from Mars?
