Job Description:
A leading Digital Bank in Abu Dhabi requires an Arabic Speaking Compliance Reporting Analyst for an initial 6 month, renewable contract based on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Your Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for coordinating with relevant stakeholders to obtain the necessary data, information, and when required automate all necessary extracts, to ensure that all Compliance Internal reporting duties, MIs and presentations are completed within the given deadlines.
Collaborates with the bank and its subsidiary’s stakeholders to obtain the necessary inputs for the preparation and completion of relevant internal Compliance Reporting duties
Provides support to the Regulatory Compliance & Assurance Head to prepare Compliance reports to relevant governance forums (MEC, BOD, RMC, etc.) and ensures they are delivered in a timely manner and as per the requirements
Provides support to the Regulatory Compliance & Assurance Head in the completion and delivery of the Annual AML/Sanctions Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA)
Provides support to Regulatory Compliance & Assurance team to fulfil its duties as Compliance BORM, including the RCSA maintenance, Testing and residual risk reporting, KRI checking and reporting, monthly follow-up and reporting of Compliance Risk Appetite
Ensures the monthly follow-up of Compliance related observations from Regulators, internal and external Audits, the EWRA exercise, etc.
Ensures the raising and follow-up of data inconsistency issues identified from various MIs
Ensures maintenance of records related to Compliance Reporting activity.
Ensure providing support for the completion of annual Compliance plan deliveries and tasks managed by the Regulatory Compliance and Assurance team.

Your Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Compliance processes and procedures
Compliance certification / Data analytics certification or equivalent
Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance reporting
Ability to analyse and quantify the risk and its exposure
Data analysis and reporting skills
Report writing skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, etc.
Fluent in Arabic is a must for this position
