Job Purpose Responsible for the provision of in-depth data analysis of compliance INCs for the generation of trends including for causal factors, regulatory non-compliance, repeat findings, risk performance and data driven incentives to advise and assist line managers, across Emirates Engineering and Operations, in ongoing compliance and risk management and continuous improvements in organisational processes. Job Outline: Conduct in-depth analysis of compliance audit data to utilise trend information so that line managers across the operation can review and adjust their processes, procedures and improve their compliance management processes. Research and prioritise the analysis of audit INCs and compliance concerns to identify issues and provide scientific, mathematical and Human Factors support for the formulation of response / recommendation programmes related to the issues. Liaise with the managers throughout the Emirates Compliance department to ensure compliance dashboards and other analytical productions provide relevant INC data driven information in a suitable format for the management to use in highlighting and resolving compliance deficiencies, advising line managers when adverse trends are noted. Advise Compliance Managers on the suitability of audit scopes/programmes for conducting the varied audits linked to identified non-compliances. Provide system `administrator control and oversight of the compliance audit management system (Q Pulse, IQSMS), maintaining the system to the highest level required for efficient management, compliance with GCAA regulations and the Compliance Monitoring Manual procedures, including software updates, enhancements and modifications through close liaison with IT and Ideagen. Plan and supervise the testing of new compliance audit management system software upgrades, enhancements and modifications, ensuring relevance to the department?s business requirements and functionality, liaise with IT to resolve any anomalies and advise Manager CM-Audit on the system status through regular meetings and alerts. Conduct routinely planned audit checks on the compliance audit management data system to monitor the accuracy and consistency of data, in accordance with the Compliance Monitoring manual and regulatory requirements and report any findings to Manager CM-Audit including advising on the corrective actions and data enhancement projects to maintain the quality of data at the highest level. In liaison with the Manager CM-Audit, plan and support Q Pulse/IQSMS system training across Compliance, managing the training calendar, records and course syllabi, developing the training content to suit departmental specific requirements and monitoring the training delivery standards. Qualifications & Experience Engineering.Operations : 5+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Knowledge/Skills: – In Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, or Engineering preferred. – Certificates of training or equivalent certificate on Quality Assurance or Safety Management System (SMS), would be advantageous. – Proven experience as an analyst working with Safety or compliance (QA) Data Systems. – Business domain knowledge preferably of engineering/operations compliance or safety data analysis. – Competency in statistical and mathematical modelling techniques. – Should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English. – Demonstrated experience in data manipulation, process consultation, project management and problem solving preferred. – Analytical skills and the ability to perform statistical analysis of various business situations for operational compliance and safety. – Advanced competency in MS-Office, database programming and exposure to office automation environment. |
