| DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITES Using psychotherapy to improve the quality of life for individuals, groups, and families. Testing and assessing patients for indications of mental health disorders. Developing treatment plans and strategies to help patients. Supporting patients who have experienced traumatic life events. Providing ongoing care and evaluation to patients with long-term difficulties. Referring patients to other specialists or doctors as needed. Helping patients to set realistic goals and monitoring their progress. Keeping up to date with, and potentially participating in, new research in psychology. WORKING CONDITION Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week Working Days: 6 Days / Week Shifts: Straight Shifts, Morning OR/AND Afternoon Contract Period 1 Year Renewable Contract Status: Single MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Psychology with a Master Degree AND/OR PhD in Psychology Experience: Not Less Than 2 Years of Clinical Experience Post Completion of Master Degree. License: Active DHA License / Eligibility Letter OTHER REQUIREMENTS Languages: English and Arabic Age: Not Older than 50 years old Female Candidate is preferred SALARY AND BENEFITS SALARY Gross Monthly Salary: AED 16,000 – 18,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
