We are seeking an exceptional and professional customer-centric Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the Sales department with 23 staff members.
This CSO is expert in the art of a deal, charismatic, engaging and inspirational to their team.
You are a Manager at the top of your profession derived from sales background and strong customer service.
You have proven your ability to manage significant teams by demonstrating your strong leadership skills.
You are ready for a completely new challenge and have the energy to tackle an ambitious and demanding management role.
You have strong intellectual and social skills, and the knowledge and rigour not to compromise on standards.
In this role you will manage the sales team, including all on-boarding and on-going training of your department.
You will develop and nurture your team along to the best they can be.
You will report directly to the CEO and COO for all strategy updates and how to implement the CEO’s vision and mission for the Company growth and sales. You are an exciting and effective trainer, who motivates their team from leads generation to satisfied customer sale.
You have efficient IT skills enabling fast and accurate sales reporting for management.
You have high attention to detail and quality standards, maintaining data integrity and CRM Systems.
You work effectively and constructively in a regulatory environment; Competent in MS Office Packages and competent in Quality Management Systems.
Your personality ensures strong staff and customer rapport within a multi-cultural environment, within a sensitive industry.
Your oversight to your team ensures the customer journey is fulfilled and never knowingly undersold.
Your problem solving skills evoke motivation and inspiration in your team to think outside the box and become problem-solvers themselves.
You have a desire to create excellence in your team demonstrated in the ability to hit company KPI’s and increase customer satisfaction.
You are a strong and confident leader, who will interact with a broad team from senior management to sales agents and front of house.
