Job Description:
Housekeeping Co. is the market leader in recruitment and placement of full-time maids (live-in). The company established the largest residential training centre for all newly onboarded maids in Dubai. Our Nanny Program ensures all prospective candidates are knowledgeable and qualified to be categorized as a nanny in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & PDC Management and preparation of monthly reports- Receivables & Debt
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers and collect payments whether in cash or credit
Ensuring information is on time, accurate and understandable and assist with query resolutions and resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
Assist with VAT and Tax returns and assisting with administrative tasks
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets and processing invoices accurately and on time
Work to process and minimize debit notes, ledger maintenance and track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies

Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting with strong accounting knowledge
Minimum 2 years’ Accounts experience
Confident communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability.
Excellent IT and Excel management skills and experience preparing receipts and invoices from the ERP.
