As an Operator, Call Center you will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and any other channel of communication from in House or External guests and colleagues pertaining to inquiries, Reservation requests for Hotel Products and Services, Guest Feedback and Complaints efficiently while following the call standards and high level of quality service at all times. You will ensure courtesy, personalization, graciousness, and thoughtfulness in all forms of communication to attain guest satisfaction and business goals set by the Company’s Leadership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or significant customer service experience.
Impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests, always maintaining a positive attitude, paying attention to details, and being passionate about customer service are essential.
Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must.
Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
