| Your role The role is mainly business development within the framework of offset and strategy. You will be partly responsible for the delivery of Saab’s expansion strategy in the UAE. Saab’s Offset obligations in the UAE are an integral part of the business strategy. In this position, you will work in the strategy function as part of the business development & offset team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will assist to identify, analyze, structure, negotiate and implement investment cases and manage their execution. You will also provide further insight into the overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analysis. You will summarize insights and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to present to internal and external stakeholders. Your desired skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent Structured, analytical, able to present and convey findings efficiently Excellent communication skills for establishing and maintaining business relationships Excellent skills in writing and communicating in English Ability to travel from time to time You enjoy collaboration and work well and closely with other people. What you will be a part of Saab in the UAE is part of Business Area Surveillance, which provides efficient solutions for safety and security for surveillance and decision support and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions as well as traffic management systems. Saab has offset obligations that have occurred through successful sales. These obligations are met through various projects that are managed in country. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
