Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Commercial Excellence Leader the Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing data and interpretation as per business requirements including but not limited to analysing inquiries, orders, proposals, customer behaviour, forecasts, pipeline, hit rates, etc.
Work closely with company functions and tools for gathering the data related business processes and reporting. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with all business units
Data analysing and interpretation
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Business planning and monitoring
Prepare business documentations, presentations, and reports
Evaluate trend data and develop metric reports and recommend improvements if required.
Provide guidance in improving processes and services
Capable to create applications on Power BI / Tableau
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in Data analysis, business reporting
Advance Skills in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau
Numerical and statistical skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Planning and organizational skills
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Ability to understand broader business issues
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to work across different time zones
 
Education and Experience
Related four-year degree
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably in Oil & Gas and Energy industries
