Job Description:
This role is an expert role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, senior leaders and multi-functional teams to ensure meetings, events and activities are executed with accuracy and agility.

Your responsibilities will include efficient & quality day-to-day administrative support to ensure operational effectiveness of the department. Examples of your day to day tasks could include complex calendar management and triage, e-mail monitoring, meeting scheduling, presentation creation, domestic & international travel arrangements, visa applications, expense report completion, ensuring manager is prepared for meetings, and creation and management of purchase orders. You should be agile and responsive to sensing/feedback, and a powerful collaborator as you are a critical partner to department leadership as well as the team.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any field with an excellent academic background
2 – 3 years of previous administrative experience
Strong technology skills and a proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Teams, Microsoft Office and collaboration technologies.
Able to work independently and problem-solve for issues
Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
English Fluency, Arabic is a plus
