| Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement/infrastructure/SC IT application projects across the various stages of supply chain Develops automated dashboards to measure KPIs on supply chain performance and cost, recommends solutions to improve the performance KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor the key metrics of the supply chain functions across various nodes Develop ideas / solutions to enhance the performance of the supply chain operations Implement ideas and demonstrate the value extraction from the initiatives Lead as SPOC for cross-functional transformation projects / initiatives Work together with Corporate and other relevant stakeholders across geographies Maintain MIS and prepare monthly dash boards / PPT for warehouse performance MUST HAVES Strong analytical Skills MBA / Bachelor’s from Tier 1 / 2 school 3 – 5 years work-ex in supply chain areas (project management/ shop floor/ last mile) Proficient in understanding supply chain IT systems /Analytics/WMS Skills in Data Analytics Systems and Applications |
