Job Description:
The Assistant Manager – Contracting will be responsible for building stronger relationships and negotiating with hotels to get the best rates and allocations suitable for mainly India market

Educational Background
– Bachelor/ Graduation Degree; preferably with a Post Graduation Degree

Work Experience
– Minimum 3 years experience in the same role in a DMC/ Tour Operator in Dubai (with Sales/ Reservations/ Contracting background handling Indian Market)
– Established relations with Dubai City Hotels (all categories)
– Background in Online Connectivity/ Dynamic Rates/ Channel Mgt, etc..

Knowledge and Skills
– Knowledge of UAE Hotels, especially Dubai City Hotels – Indian centric
– Knowlegde of source markets (India) + products
– Effective Communication Skills
– Organization & Administrative skills
– Negotiation Skills
–  Relationship Building
– Able to work independently and with the team
– Crisis Management
