Job Description:
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to assessment, admission, and transfer processes for trainees and candidates wishing to become qualified RICS professionals.

Key Achievements & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support through:
o Administrative checks on candidate eligibility for assessment,
o Inputting assessment panels and results into the system
o Undertaking candidate plagiarism checks
o Ensuring pre-assessment centre material is ready
• To support external stakeholders with assessment logistics/organisation
• Work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to achieve a consistently high level of service
in line with internal processes, rules and procedures
• Actively record, update and amend information on internal database to ensure accurate data
• Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with GDPR
• Work collaboratively with Finance to deal with accounting enquiries
• Support with development and testing of new processes and systems, providing feedback from a customer perspective
• To represent RICS at assessments, as needed; handling queries from assessors & candidates
and providing an excellent level of service.

Experience Required
• A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
• Excellent data input and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; an ability to help and support internal and external stakeholders with requests and queries
• Adherence to quality assurance procedures
• Ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
• Ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
