We are currently looking for Application Support Executives with the following skills and experience The Application Support Executive’s role is to provide support to the stakeholders as needed to ensure adherence to service level agreements. Job Description * Minimum Bachelors in any field * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment * Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Experience in Splunk is preferred. * Ensures the application process * Provide training to stakeholders in the use of application * Provide application-related support through various media (phone, email, dispatch) * Ensures that service level agreement and user policy are understood and carried out by stakeholders * Coordinate with the Software Development team for issues not resolved at the Client end * Rolls out updates (system, process, regulations) channel partners as needed |
