Job Description:
In your role you will:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical functions supporting the operation of our services business that include but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Operations team with the raising of aircraft work orders and task cards, ensuring work packs are built and ready for engineers to begin work.
Assist with the submission of aircraft work orders to customers for review and approval.
Assist with the submission of aircraft discrepancy approval forms to customers for review and approval.
Audit work packages following aircraft maintenance events.
Assist with the preparation of the Certificate of Release to Service (CRS), ensuring documentation is accurate and to the latest customer work order revision.
Scan aircraft work packages and distribute to customers.
Maintain knowledge of corporate activities to assist in policy, procedures, and administrative matters.
Have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, handling confidential and time sensitive material, projecting the appropriate professional image of the company.
Assist with the loading of timecards in the labour reporting system.
Prepare and submit expense reports for approval.
Assist staff with the booking of company travel.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site/off-site special events such as business meetings, seminars, by making necessary arrangements.
Prepare department-wide mass communications for review of management prior to distribution.
Maintain stock levels for stationery.
Maintain uniform stock levels.
Maintain and update the first aid kits.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the management team as requested.

Qualifications

To have a keen interest in the Aviation Sector.
To have a strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 software suite, with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
You have knowledge of expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents to verify accuracy.
To demonstrate attention to detail.
To manage workload in a timely manner with ability to hit deadline.
To be able to take initiative.
To have strong verbal and written communications skills.
To have a relevant degree (preferred).
