Job Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
Operational support to Commercial, Medical and Marketing team
Overall coordinating with the sales team on logistics, event documentations, sales update and commercial finance (expense vs budget)
Consolidating medical and marketing activities in the region (MENA)
Record management of all educational grants for HCP sponsorships to national/international conferences
Managing virtual activities
Completing and archiving post medical and marketing event documents
Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly
Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Degree in Business Administration or similar field
Min 2 – 5 years proven experience as Admin Assistant, Office management role
Experience working in Marketing, Sales, or Medical teams
Working experience in international environment, Pharma is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus
Good computer skills – familiar with the company database and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
