You will be responsible for Sales & Distribution plan by country as outlets coverage and portfolio productivity. Build, track and manage sales KPIs reports. Work with regional sales team to ensure best in class in-store execution through Vision Store and On Shelf Availability. Lead the development of sales capabilities on distributors sales team to guarantee in store execution excellence in key KPIs. Manage forecasting and shipments with distributors to reflect an accurate S&OP.
