| Roles and Responsibilities Manage and control of the generator operation to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Partner with the Plant Leadership team and develop a customer-based process improvement strategy, which drives safety, customer responsiveness, lead time reduction, productivity, and quality improvement in line with business objectives Training and Career planning of winding team and conducting employee evaluations. Oversight and management of winders and Technicians and ensure real time problem solving. Support PM and engineering for Workshop project executions. Schedule rewind activities and prepare work instructions. Lead designing and procuring the tools for execution. Review generator repair requests and estimate repair hours and cycle time. Inspection of hardware and consumables required for rewinding works. Planning of consumables and follow up with procurement team. Review and release operation plan and processes. Supervision of electrical testing performed during rewinding activities. Lead final visual inspection of rotor/repaired component. Reporting of technical deviations in the Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) system Review and reporting of test results and project report. Implementation of actions to reach workshop goals and area Generator business targets. Leading process qualifications. Required Qualifications BSc. of Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical Engineering. Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise and in coordination with the Lean and cell leader. Extensive experience in repair of generators and performing turbo generators winding works. Experience with leading front-line employees. Working experience in a production environment. Experience in capacity planning. Sound knowledge of winding processes, Testing & fault diagnosis. Good knowledge of common IT office tools. Experience in carrying out electrical and mechanical measurements. Planning of rewinding and repair work as per technical instructions from engineering.
