| Job Purpose and Summary The purpose of the role is to act as a link and ensure effective communication between partners and various functions in office to facilitate sales and ensure partner satisfaction. Liaise with Country Distribution Managers for order collection from countries Order entry through supply chain Liaise with Country Distribution Managers for getting the necessary payments secured from the countries Creation of marketing PAFs Timely settlement of marketing claims Finalize the credit notes with PM (Product Management)/Channel Account Manager Preparing of weekly sales forecast entry and collation Support Business Operations team to sort out any forwarding issues from the partners Support Business Operations team in getting the picking instructions from the partners Ensure the shipment to countries is effective as per the agreed target/ budget for the month What we ask Interpersonal Requirements Excellent communication skills and diplomatic/negotiation skills Ability to communicate and relate to subjects, issues and clients at many levels Excellent relationship building skills are essential in the role Previous Experience/ Education Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level) – desirable Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (with a similar company, national distributor or trading company) – very desirable Fluency in written and spoken English – essential Excellent skills in MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint – essential Strong analytical and organizational skills – essential You will need Business Understanding Operations Understanding Strong Collaboration Proper Communication Canon is enriching lives and businesses in incredible new ways.
