| About this opportunity We are now looking for a Managed Services Chief Operating Officer to join us! As a leader in our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring profitability and fulfillment of our led services contracts while identifying add-on sales opportunities for continuous improvement of margins. Handling the customer interface, you will cultivate and build on the customer relationship and ensure that all services are delivered according to contractual obligations. In this role, you are responsible for the line management and acting as people leader for the entire Managed Service Operation end to end. What you will do Manage the MS contracts execution ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual obligations by Ericsson towards our Customers. Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements, avoiding over or under delivery. Support KAM organization in contractual renegotiation or pre-sales opportunities for the specific customer. Act as an integral part of Core 3 team during the pre-sales phase. Secure that all governance instances (internal or external) are being followed and that the operational and financial performance is being accurately supervised and worked with the partners according to SLA and MS Delivery strategy. Handle and secure all internal agreements (WLA) between the MSIP and other delivery organizations are signed and reflect the contractual requirements. Continuously seek for operational and financial performance improvement of the delivery solution, in line with contractual and business case expectations. You will bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Business Administration with at least 15 years of experience in operations, planning or engineering and having 7 years of experience leading an organization within the Telecom industry. Must have business understanding, specialized depth and breadth of expertise within IT domain, ADM and MS delivery blueprints. Deep knowledge of Managed Services Networks is a PLUS! Solid experience in delivering Managed Services solutions/projects, building tools, automation and deliver on customer commitments. Deep understanding of delivering digital transformation in all aspects, competence, technology, business, people and financial (P/L) activity.
