| Job Summary The IFFCO Graduate Trainee Program is to cultivate and develop trainee as our future leaders.The Trainee will work through a series of core components including on-the-job training, learning interventions, assigned Sr. Leadership mentors & sponsors and other avenues for personal & professional development. The Trainee will be an integral part of one of our manufacturing teams managing the production process & people to help the business make better manufacturing decisions. Roles & Responsibilities • Assist the Engineering and Manufacturing teams as assigned, with the processing line management, quality assurance and design maintenance of the assets • Support the design & development of projects as assigned • Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S, Kaizen) • Research & develop new technologies & processes improvements for efficiency KPIs Based on projects for each rotation during the course of the Program Work experience requirement Qualification Must be a resident of the country where the role is based Must be a Bachelor’s / Master’s graduate in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering from the year 2020 or 2021 Competencies Consumer Focus Entrepreneur Excellence Integrity People |
