Job Description: |
JOB PURPOSE To provide key administrative support by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies. Monitors administrative projects. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management: discovers irregularities and determines continuing needs. -Administers data through relevant systems to ensure that administration processes are followed. -Resolves administrative problems by analysing information and identifying solutions. -Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods and guidelines. Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures. -Manages inventory of office supplies, purchase supplies and equipment when needed. -Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors. -Maintains rapport with managers, employees and other stakeholders with exceptional communication skills and diplomacy. Qualifications & Experience -Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role. -Hands on experience with MS Office Suite -Basic maths skills -Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -High school diploma Safety Sensitive Role: No |
