| Job Purpose Primary responsibility of the role is to deliver Food & Beverage service as per SOP, at the designated outlet. Key responsibilities F&B Service Order Taking Provide information about the menu to the guests Set up: Tables / buffet / restaurant set up (MEP) Other duties as assigned by the line manager Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service Good command over English language Speak, read & write Table set up and clearance Polite and patient with a pleasing personality Work Experience: 0 – 2 Yrs Knowledge, Skills & Experience Education Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management / Course in Hotel Management preferred. Job Experience Previous experience in service / hospitality industry is an asset Others Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Speak, Read and Write English. |
