| If you are an experienced supply chain professional with a passion to innovate and contribute in a fast paced growing environment- you might be a good fit to join the Ultra fast grocery supply chain team . The Data Analyst role acts as a bridge between planning and operations teams and is responsible for seamless planning/execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves setting up robust mechanisms related to analytics, capacity management and shipping supplies as well as ensuring our customers are offered the best possible speed on a daily basis. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills. Key job responsibilities – Act as lead between supply chain and central operations team – Set up automated mechanisms to monitor speed – Set up a robust processes to communicate execution plans to operations and supply chain teams – Support business growth in constrained environment with frugal and innovative solutions – Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation. – Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses – Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization – Partner with business and act as lead for maintaining and updating store’s coverage BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – Must possess UAE Family Book – Candidate must have basic Supply Chain and Planning knowledge – Experience in data mining, data management, reporting and SQL queries PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Candidates must be independent and flexible with solid communication skills and a strong customer focus – Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills – Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues – Previous experience in driving process automation – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills |
