Job Description:
What you will do:
Support retaining and progressing strategies for all recruited Association member & students following Association’s strategy in the region
 
What your tasks will look like:
Provide supports to Association students with retention and progression activities
Coordinate the activities that are related to examination across universities and general markets
Schedule revision classes, examination technique workshops and Train-The-Trainer program for students and lecturers
Work with the Line Manager in developing student retention and progressions strategies
Implement marketing promotion plans to increase exam registration rates and achieves target set
Conduct Inductions for Association students as orientation session
Provide administrative support as daily activities such as data input for generating reports
Be the focal point to communicate with internal and external contacts
Build relationship with relevant partners
Maintain members and student attrition at indicated levels based on regional strategy
Achieve defined student progression rates for the relevant markets
Any other relevant projects or tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

What we are looking for:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administrations, Marketing or equivalent field
Junior level working experience in educational institution or professional bodies
Excellent command in English
Develop and implement solution across CIMA’s team and third parties
