| We are a fintech company licensed as a financial institution in the UK and Lithuania, W1TTY. However, W1TTY is designed to appeal to everyone who is dissatisfied with what is currently on offer, frustrated with hype that fails to deliver, and is willing to try something genuinely different. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. Responsibilities Understanding and managing the Hiring Process; working alongside department managers; onboarding and offboarding; drafting and sending out contracts, training, etc. Participation in HR policies development and implementation Handling of HR matters including support with recruitment, payroll and leave administration Calculating employee work hours, collecting employee timesheets (daily, weekly, monthly) and managing vacation, sickness and other absences Being first point of contact for employees answering questions and providing guidance on fundamental HR topics Ensuring that documentation is produced, and HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in support of the above administrative transactions Handling the recruitment process from the application procedure (including interviews) to drawing up of labor contracts and onboarding Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent Experience in creation and implementation process of HR policies Ability to conduct research and to prepare analyses and reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent knowledge of the English language Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook Able to work independently with little or no supervision Engaging personality with a hands-on-mentality Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Company offers Work in an international start-up company; Various opportunities to grow within the company; Competitive salary; Possibility to make an impact on international business success |
