Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
Initiating first-level contact with Outreach leads through Account-based Sales.
Creating and executing an outreach strategy in collaboration with the Manager(s) and the Marketing team.
Leading discovery calls with prospects to understand their revenue and organization goals.
Gather intel on their needs and requirements, pain points and bottlenecks.
Understanding customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and internal hierarchy within the organization.
Structuring and orchestrating deals to meet our revenue goals.
Objection handling for any challenges, queries, and concerns a publisher may have.
Setting up demo calls with prospects to showcase our products and solutions.
Generating & tracking a healthy sales pipeline, developing and communicating accurate revenue forecasts for internal planning.
Providing structured market feedback for the Product Development and Marketing teams; & collaboratively working on product positioning, key messaging, sales enablement, GTM initiatives, etc., in order to meet company revenue targets.
Logging all activities on the CRM and maintaining CRM adherence to ensure a clean repository of sales and marketing data.
Keeping up to date with all product releases and sales collateral.

You Should Have:
Required:

Diligence, intelligence, proactiveness, and the ability to get things done.
A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives and demonstrable planning and forecasting skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal). Preferable if multi-lingual.
Good understanding of Europe and neighboring markets in terms of culture, decision making, functioning, and other critical business know-how.
The ability to work in a dynamic environment.
A go-getter attitude and an ability to utilize your creativity, experience and emotional intelligence to solve problems, learn quickly, and spearhead new ideas.

Preferred:
Existing relationships inside the industry
SaaS Sales experience with mid to large organizations.
The technical bent of mind – ability to learn new tools on the go and open to constant learning.
Languages Known:
English (Written and Verbal – Required)
Any of these – Spanish, Polish, German or French
