|Overview Of The Role:|
To run the Warranty operations efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction, departmental targets & sound credibility with the Principals. Supervise a team of warranty technical leaders & warranty administrators & build an effective team. To present key KPIs through daily, weekly, monthly reports, monitor the performance & take effective measures to achieve targets. To provide quality & efficient services to the internal & external customers in warranty related issues. To help, guide & monitor warranty team (warranty administrator & technical leader). Liaise with counterparts in the company including from Sales, Parts, STS, Finance & Technical dept. to obtain various information/ help to run the dept. effectively.
Warranty Manager should understand ‘Dealer Management Systems, ability to identify top areas of opportunity to improve the product & work with service teams on local & national trends.
What You Will Do:
Provide guidance & support to the warranty staff in warranty related technical & operational issues.
Monitor & strive to improve warranty rate & conditions.
Provide feedback / report on all field visits to the line manager
Provide quality, quick & efficient support/solutions/guidance to warranty staff (warranty administrator & technical leader) whenever requested.
Ensure to play key role by supporting warranty staff & warranty manager to achieve the targets of the dept.
Develop analytic approach, update himself/herself with latest information, technology & products features, have statistical figures / data of related jobs to monitor / analyze from time to time to further improve & have better control.
Responsible to run the operation smoothly within policies & save time / money (where-ever possible in warranty jobs) by adopting effective techniques & to maintain good credibility with customers & brand.
Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly performance reports of the section, analysis & effective countermeasures to achieve the targets.
Liaise with training dept. & conduct on job training & other necessary trainings for warranty staff & service advisors.
Prepare HR development plan / required trainings for yourself & your staff.
Based on market surveys of the competitors, warranty staff inputs, current performance, management’s directives, make strategic plan to discuss with warranty manager to achieve the targets, to overcome the issues & maintain good reputation.
Provide feedback through various presentations, media & reports to the management.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
Competent to understand & analyse Warranty claims.
SAP System Experience
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to use data
About The Team:
The role will report to Aftersales Brand Lead and closely work with busy Electric Mobiliy Company team.
What Equips You For The Role:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar job profile preferably who has managed Electric Vehicles warranty claims.
