Partner with the best As a Vendor Management inventor leader, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling  and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. As a Vendor Management inventor leader , you will be responsible for: Meeting with both company and customer on a monthly basis to review customer requirements. Managing software and interface with customer, assuring good reports are generated and smooth software operations is ongoing. Supporting the customer with inventory assessment analysis for the seller’s OEM material. Exerting all efforts to deplete the customer’s goods existing stock available at company yard stores Working with the group company to ensure robust forecast and demand planning, reviewing expected requirements and determining level of stock to be ordered to ensure sufficiency of both reserve & operational stocks. Managing “stock control management system” &“company’s performance management system (SPM)”. Providing customer with KPI’s which will be mutually agreed and measurable based upon product quality, product on-time delivery performance. Following KPI’s such as on time delivery for production commitment, stock management / stock level, QA / QC compliance, delivery compliance for call-off orders/ delivery rejections, safety compliance, and non-productive time (NPT) on rig agreed by both parties associated to seller equipment. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a degree from highly ranked universities with major of engineering or logistic. Have 10 +years’ experience in a similar role within the industry. Have Knowledge on working with planning software such as and not limited to: Gant chart, Premvira, Oracale, SAP, Extra…etc. Have experience in prior roles of project management, logistics management, and process enhancement. Have Project Management certifications and project planning capabilities. Have Prior experience with Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing and and/or Make Planning experience. Have experience Working with stockroom personnel and quality to manage expired or surplus inventory Have Experience in engaging with cross functional teams including technicians, manufacturing engineers, process engineers, quality, production leads, supply chain process owners, and program engineering. fluent written & spoken English Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
