Working in all areas of the University, our administrative support staff are key contributors to the success of the University. Their organizational talents, exceptional computer skills, and strong communication abilities ensure the efficient and smooth operation of their department or college.
We have on-going requirements for temporary administrative assistants. Assignments range in duration from short-term (one to four weeks) to longer-term assignments. Temporary administrative employees are paid on an hourly basis.

At least two years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
Excellent English – Arabic an asset.
Strong IT skills, in particular Word and Excel.
