Technical Account Manager (Customer Success)

|CyberArrow is investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its SaaS Offering business line. Technical Account Manager have a critical role in providing high quality customer retention and engagement.
Onboarding the new customers and creating a success plan for customer lifecycle.
Setup single-sign-on and other technical Integrations during client onboarding.
Support the Business Development Team in closing technical sales calls
Maintain relationships with current clients.
Be the customer’s voice in CyberArrow to ensure they get maximum value from upcoming product features.
Promote customer loyalty.
Meet set monthly KPIs and quotas.
Act as a customer advocate.
Analyze and evaluate customer needs to internal team.
Educate and train junior staff and interns.
Any other duties as directed by your line manager.

Exposure to B2B SaaS applications. This should either be direct work experience in the space or deep personal interest coupled with work experience on an innovative B2B SaaS product or service.
Minimum 2years experience in a customer success or account management role.
Excellent presentation skills.
University degree (within Business, Economics, Information Technology or Engineering).
Proven track record of hitting set KPIs.
Previous experience of delivering information security strategy demonstrations to C-Level individuals/decision makers.
Experience within the GRC field and/or SaaS offerings.
Knowledge of the GRC market
Graduated from one of the top 100universities in the world
