|As a Talent Development Administrator- Intern, you will support the team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee development. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience and help you develop skills in recruitment, training coordination, etc.|
Assist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics.
Learning & Development Support:
Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and resource/material preparation.
Track employee training records and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and collecting feedback from participants.
Support the development of training materials, presentations, and online learning resources.
Prepare documents such as offer letters and training material.
Stay updated on procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
This is a 6 months internship.
Desired Skill & Expertise
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
To be on a student / parent’s sponsorship visa
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
