Job Purpose and Accountabilities The Sponsorship Activation Manager will report to the Sponsorship Director and will manage the delivery of all ADIPEC sponsorship contracts once they have been signed by the sponsorship sales team. The role is twofold and includes and element of sponsorship sales and sponsorship fulfilment, which includes: Selling multi-channel sponsorship opportunities across the energy sector on an international basis. Working closely with the ADIPEC team in maximising the sponsorship revenue. You will need to effectively target clients to sell a wide variety of sponsorship packages across the ADIPEC portfolio which includes the exhibition, Young ADEIPEC, The ADIPEC Golf Tournament, The Middle East Energy Club and a range of specific industry features. Creating compelling and creative packages/proposals that deliver against the budget and manage your own timelines to deliver against pre-agreed objectives. Ensuring all customer have a premium experience dealing with dmg events. Obtaining sponsor logos, brand guidelines, company profiles and other content from sponsors in order to activate their sponsorship. Obtaining approvals on branding/artwork that is produced and social media posts, EDMs and digital marketing collateral that has the sponsor’s logo on or where they are tagged. Managing the creation and execution of sponsored led marketing activity i.e. podcasts, social media posts, push notifications, EDMs etc. Responsible for liaising internal procurement and 3rd party suppliers as and when required. Tracking all the sponsorship deliverables have been received, approved and/or delivered as per the contract. Managing the onsite photography and documentation of the sponsorship branding and inventory respectively. Responsible for producing and updating the sponsorship brochure and webshop going the creation of generic and bespoke sponsorship reports for sponsors. Opportunity to support the ADIPEC marketing team. About You Customer service background/experience Comfortable communicating with clients and sponsors via phone, email or face-to-face. Ability to write copy for EDM’s, social media and reports Team player Solutions focused Motivated and proactive Excellent attention to detail Arabic would be advantageous but not essential Knowledge and understanding of the oil, gas and energy industry also advantageous.
