|About the Role|
As a Showroom Sales and Support Specialist, your primary objective is to welcome potential customers into our showroom, identifying their preferences, and offering tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for creating accurate and persuasive quotes, securing sales, and maintaining an organized inventory.
Your role also includes collaborating with internal teams to manage customer relations and ensure a seamless transaction process.
Ultimately, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, enhancing the showroom’s visual appeal, and upholding the company’s values and policies.
Duties and responsibilities
Client reception, visits, and advice: Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations, and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs.
Client Quotations and order booking: Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.
Client database update: Provide the appropriate information to update client database.
Payment terms, policies, and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures; make recommendations about procedural/policy changes and improvements.
Providing updated ideas and actioning changes to showroom displays and stock.
Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
Striving to achieve sales targets.
Managing suppliers, vendors, deliveries, and inventory.
Managing delivery and delivery vehicles.
Providing impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.
Managing Sales coordinator responsibilities as and when required.
Managing requirements/ needs of in house customers (Service and Warranty).
Liaising the requirements of finance.
Maintaining customer records for showroom sales and outdoor sales.
Supporting sales team on daily sales activity and related documentation.
Managing Complete Sales cycle including Pre and Post sales activities – not limited to: – Quotes, Orders, delivery, Invoicing, Payment collection, After sales etc. for showroom and for external sales team.
Understand and follow the company’s policies, procedures, Ethics and requirements.
Minimum 4 years in a similar position preferred
Proven Inventory and warehousing experience
Strong client and solution/ service orientation, while remaining company and business focused.
Ability to connect and deal with high end clients from different horizons, to listen to them and understand their needs.
Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advise, convince and close the deal. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, dynamic, and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy
Team player with the ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors
High level of responsibility, with a sense of loyalty and business ethics
Arabic language skills are a great plus, excellent English communication skills
