Job Description:
Provide support to Service Customers, perform after sales service administration (quotes, contracts etc.), explore service opportunities, follow up customer cases, and fulfill other administrative tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Provide support to Customers regarding after sales service of MSA products in MEAIR
Respond to Customer requests and claims and address them
Prepare proposals for one-time maintenance, repairs, and contracts (collect data, get quotes from suppliers,…)
Create quotations, send and follow up (reminders etc)
Ensure the readiness and reliability of the information needed for order entry and processing
Record in-house repairs (product returns, SNN…)
Coordinate with factories and CS teams for delivery of part and repairs
Develop service sales and develop new opportunities
Contact customers with potential opportunities and build relationships
Act and follow up on leads from sales and service teams
Set up meetings and demonstrations with potential customers
Coordinate order processing and invoicing with CS team and keep the record updated
Monitor and manage stock levels to meet customer needs
Follow up the execution of Service jobs and Training
Plan and organize service activities and training sessions
Follow up the execution in collaboration with technicians and Customers
Prepare documents (certifications, RSA, access authorizations, rentals…)
Perform administrative follow up with subcontractors and affiliates
Perform various administrative tasks
Address incoming calls and emails
Update customer files and ensure a proper storage
Provide the information needed for reporting and corporate processes (CQN, CATS…)
Experience (required):
 • 2/3 Years in a Customer Service of After Sales Service department
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Experience in dealing with technical products and customized solutions
Experience (preferred):
• Knowledge in Service business
• Experience in working with SAP
• MS Office

Education (required):
• High school + 2 years

Education (preferred):
• Bachelors in a technical field
